No.1:Motor Installation onto Rear Axle(0226)

Step 1: Prepare three short bolts and one long bolt for fixation.
Step 2: Confirm the motor model (motor head) and prepare the necessary spacers. Ensure the spacers are placed in their designated positions.
Step 3: Remove the oil seal from the motor; this part is not needed for the current installation.
Step 4: The motor mounting holes are designed for a five-hole configuration. Align with positions 1 to 5 and secure them in order. Note: The long bolt must be installed in the specified position diagonally.
Step 5: Use short bolts to secure the two rear mounting points.
Step 6: Use a wrench to tighten all five bolts one by one to ensure the motor is firmly secured.
After tightening the five screws, the motor is installed.

No.2:Installation of Leaf Springs (Steel Plate Springs)(0227)

Step 1: Prepare the necessary parts: 4 U-bolts, 2 anchor blocks, and 8 nuts.
Step 2: Position the leaf springs onto the base, and place the anchor blocks in their corresponding fixed positions.
Step 3: Insert the U-bolts upward from the bottom through the spring and base holes, then fasten them securely using nuts and a wrench.
Step 4: Prepare two white rubber sleeves and install them at the front end of the leaf springs.
Step 5: Determine the front and rear orientation: the motor head should be at the rear of the vehicle. Ensure that the adjustment rod is facing the front.
Step 6: Lift the entire leaf spring assembly and align it with the base slot. Carefully snap it into place.
Step 7: Use long bolts to firmly secure the leaf springs into the slot. Installation is now complete.

No.3: Installation of Rear Leaf Spring Mounting Holes and Adjustment Rod (0228)

Step 1: Prepare the required parts: two large black nuts and two small yellow nutstwo spare parts.
Step 2: Follow the installation sequence: small nuts go on the lower mounting holes, large nuts go on the upper ones. Install both sides symmetrically, ensuring correct positioning.
Step 3: Use two bolts to secure the support brackets, then fasten with the nuts. Tighten all bolts firmly using a wrench to ensure a secure fit.
Step 4: Begin installation of the adjustment rod. Prepare 2 dedicated bolts for the rod.
Step 5: Align the adjustment rod with the mounting holes on both sides and insert the bolts to secure it in place.
Step 6: Use 22mm and 24mm wrenches to ensure the adjustment rod can move smoothly in the forward and backward directions, then tighten it slightly.
Step 7: Finally, confirm that all bolts on both sides of the adjustment rod are fully tightened and securely fixed, with no looseness.

No.4:  Installation of the Brake Rod (0229)

Step 1: After completing and tightening the previous components, begin preparation for installing the brake rod.
Step 2: Prepare the required parts: brake rod, spacer, and remove the cotter pin.
Step 3: Insert the brake rod into the designated mounting hole and place the spacer to assist with alignment.
Step 4: Use a cotter pin and spacer to secure the rear end of the brake rod. Insert the pin and bend it to lock it in place.
Step 5: Pull the front end of the brake rod forward to align it with the brake interface, ensuring it engages tightly with the braking system for optimal performance.
Step 6: Install the anti-slip cap to ensure a stable and secure connection of the brake rod.
Step 7: Repeat the same installation steps on the other side for the second brake rod.

No.5: Wiring Harness Routing Instructions (0230)

Step 1: Prepare the main vehicle wiring harness, including the red power cable with fuse and the black negative cable.
Step 2: Identify the front and rear wire directions: the red and black cables correspond to the rear wiring; the other end is for the front wiring.
Step 3: Start by routing the front section of the harness. Insert the harness through the chassis and route it along the bottom of the windshield panel.
Step 4: Feed the harness through the grommet in the windshield panel, then bend it backward from the front to guide it toward the vehicle head.
Step 5: Adjust the length of the harness to align with the light pole position, leaving appropriate slack as per factory preset lead length.
Step 6: Secure the harness firmly at the crossing point using zip ties to prevent shaking.
Step 7: Leave space for the power cut-off switch. Prepare the switch and the small spring, and connect them at the designated point where two tape-covered sections intersect.
Step 8: Ensure the harness path is neat, with no tangling or looseness. Wiring is now complete.

No.6: High-Low Speed Wiring and Motor Connection (0231)

Step 1: Prepare the high-low speed switch wiring harness and route it out through the front wiring grommet.
Step 2: Route the high-low speed wiring along the vehicle bottom towards the motor location.
Step 3: Connect the switch connector to the corresponding socket on the motor.
Step 4: Hand-tighten the screws initially.
Step 5: Use a 13mm wrench to fully tighten the mounting screws, ensuring the wiring harness is stable and secure.
Step 6: Adjust the two front mounting screws to a horizontal position, avoid over-tightening, and maintain symmetrical alignment.
Step 7: Use a wrench to firmly lock all mounting screws, completing the installation of the high-low speed wiring.

No.7: Installation of Power Cut-Off Device (0232)

Step 1: Prepare the power cut-off device components, including a small spring and a set of power cut-off switch assemblies.
Step 2: Remove a brake rod fixing screws, install the power cut-off device in the designated position, and retighten the screws.
Step 3: Hook the small spring between the power cut-off switch and the brake rod. Slightly bend the spring so that it triggers the power cut-off when the brake is engaged. Secure the spring wire firmly to ensure stability.
Step 4: Connect the power cut-off device wiring as follows:

Yellow wire connects to black wire (negative pole).

Red wire connects to red wire (positive pole).

All negative wires (such as yellow, black, etc.) are connected through the black conduit

The red positive wire is connected to the red wire output from the speed limiter.

The speed limiter wiring consists of black, brown, and red wires:

Black wire connects to the black socket (negative).

Red wire connects to the red wire (positive).

Brown wire connects to the red socket of the power cut-off switch.
Step 5: Use electrical tape to wrap all connection points to prevent short circuits and reinforce fixation.
Step 6: Final check insert the red wire from the yellow conduit into the red wire socket.

Connect all negative wires together and insert them into the black wire socket.

Match and insert the brown and red wires into the power cut-off connector accordingly.

No.8: Rear Tire Installation(0233)

Step 1: Remove the original fixing bolts on the rear axle.
Step 2: Confirm tire orientation — the side with the white marking faces outward, the wheel hub faces inward to ensure correct installation direction.
Step 3: Align the tire with the four bolt holes on the rear axle and place it accordingly.
Step 4: Insert the bolts from the inside with the pointed end facing inward; install in reverse direction to align with the hub holes.
Step 5: Tighten all four bolts one by one using a socket wrench or impact gun, ensuring the tire is firmly fixed and secure.
Step 6: Inspect the tire installation to confirm it is stable and properly aligned. Rear tire assembly is now complete.

No.9: Completed chassis installation view(0234)

Overview of the fully installed chassis, with all components securely in place, ready for the next assembly stage.

No.10: Chassis Installation Summary(0236)

Begin by installing the motor head using four short bolts and one long bolt (total five bolts). Be careful not to install incorrectly .
Ensure that the steel plates and screws are properly tightened Do not omit the spacer when installing the brake rod. Tighten all screws securely to ensure brake system stability and reliability.After installing the adjustment rod, use a large wrench to fully tighten and firmly secure it to prevent loosening.
Pay special attention to matching wire colors: red to red. Incorrect connections may cause circuit faults. Due to the complexity, it is recommended to record a separate video for detailed explanation.
After installing the brake cables, pull them forward firmly to ensure effective braking. If too loose, braking will fail.
Hang the large spring on the left side and the small spring on the right side. Both springs should be installed in their designated positions. Ensure correct installation to prevent them from coming loose.
The hand brake cable should be routed through its dedicated position and secured with screws;
the foot brake should be installed leaving appropriate clearance to avoid being too tight or loose.
The foot brake lever should be slightly tilted to one side, maintaining a proper angle (not vertical or excessively tilted) to ensure smooth operation. Leave sufficient gap after adjustment.
Key parts must have cotter pins installed to prevent loosening and ensure driving safety.This completes the assembly of the entire chassis.

 

No.11:  Installation of Front Side Lamps(0237)

Step 1: Install the two side lamps. Each lamp is secured with two screws. Install anti-slip caps inside the lamp housing to prevent loosening and ensure stability.
Step 2: Install the integrated front bumper. Align the bumper properly, then insert and tighten one screw at each end. Use tools to firmly secure it to the front body of the vehicle.
Step 3: Route the harness from the lamp through the designated hole, leaving it at the front of the vehicle.

Step 4: Inspect the overall installation. The upper and lower side lamps are installed identically, ensuring symmetrical layout and a neat, solid front structure.

No.12: Front Shock Absorber Installation(0238)

Step 1: Prepare Components
Prepare all necessary parts for front shock absorber installation, including:

Two steel rings (one front, one rear)

two sets of steel balls (no size distinction required)

Install one at the front and one at the rear.

Install the yellow cap and tighten it securely.

Two front shock absorbers (note: one has screw holes, the other does not)

Position the component with the screw hole on the side closest to the handbrake.

Install the part without the screw hole in the upper position.

Place one gasket above and one below.

Four lamp ears, four washers (paired with black rubber sleeves)

Install one piece on the upper side and one on the lower side.

Next, proceed to install the light mounting brackets.

Be careful not to install it in the wrong direction — the smooth side should face outward, and the concave side should face inward.

Align the upper connecting plate with the two holes and install.

Tap firmly with a hammer.

Secure with large white screws.

Ensure both light brackets are properly positioned.

Lastly, securely fasten the large white screws.

In case the shock absorber is not properly seated and appears to protrude, slightly loosen the screws,

tap it into place using a hammer, and then securely tighten all screws after alignment.

This is the initial installation method for the shock absorber.

No.13: Installation of Front Tire Mudguard and Fender(0240)

Materials Needed:

Mudguard ×1Small hook ×1

Screws ×7 (including 4 small screws and 3 large screws)

Nuts ×3Cable clip ×1Wrench and socket tools

Installation Steps:

1. Install the mudguard

Pass the small hook through the mudguard’s mounting hole, then install it from the backside (reverse installation).

secure with nuts.

2. Install the cable clip

The cable clip is installed on a small hole near the mudguard, sharing part of the mudguard’s structure.

After embedding the small hook, pass the screw through the large hole again and fix it.

3. Install the tire fender (mud flap)

Prepare 4 small screws for fixing the fender.

Pay attention to the direction of the fender:

Long side facing backward (rear)

Short side facing forward (front)

Do not install backwards!

Align the fender with the four mounting holes on the frame, starting from the foremost hole.

Hand-tighten screws lightly first to ensure correct alignment.

After all four screws are inserted, use a wrench to fully tighten them.

Tighten with moderate force to avoid damaging the fender or stripping the plastic threads.

No.14: Front Wheel and Brake System Installation(0241)

Step 1: Prepare the front wheel components
Gather the tire, brake pads, disc brake rotor, combined handbrake-disc brake lever, and two white mounting screws.

Step 2: Mount the handbrake-disc brake lever
Attach the lever onto the two reserved mounting holes on the front fork. Use the two white screws and tighten them with a No. 14 socket wrench.

Step 3: Install the disc brake rotor
Remove the four screws from the disc brake rotor first. Make sure the white part of the tire faces upward, and align it with the four holes for installation.

Flip the four nuts so that the pointed ends face downward, then tighten them using a socket tool.

Step 4: Install the front axle sleeves
There are two axle sleeves—one long and one short. Place the short sleeve on the disc brake side, and the long sleeve on the opposite side.

Step 5: Assemble the wheel on the axle
Align the disc brake opening on the tire with the brake caliper. Install the short axle spacer on the disc brake side, and position the other spacer on the non-disc side.then slide on the washers, and nuts sequentially, ensuring proper positioning.

Step 6: Secure the axle nuts
Use a No. 17 or 19 wrench to tighten the nuts on both ends of the front axle, ensuring the front wheel is firmly installed.

No.15: High/Low Speed Switch and Handbrake Lever Installation(0244)

Step 1: Pre-install the high/low speed switch
Use three dovetail screws to secure the switch at the designated position on the handlebar

Step 2: Route the entire wiring harness of the high/low speed switch through the wiring hole at the handlebar, following the main wiring path of the vehicle downward.

Step 3: Extend the wiring harness to the central control or controller area
Step 3: Route the wiring harness toward the controller area.

No.16: Installing the Front Bumper and Routing the Side Light Wiring(0242)

Step 1: Pass the wiring harness through the small metal bracket on the front bumper, and press it into place to secure it properly.
Step 2: Install the front bumper. It is a one-piece structure fixed with three screws (two short and one long). Align the holes and tighten the screws in sequence to ensure the bumper is firmly mounted to the front of the vehicle.
Step 3: Install the side lights. Prepare two yellow light covers and fix them onto the reserved holes on both sides of the front bumper.
Step 4: Route the wiring harness out from the inside of the bumper and guide it toward the main wiring area of the vehicle. This harness will later connect to the speed limiter. Leave the connector unplugged for now.

No.17: Windshield Panel Installation(0243)


Step 1: Confirm the pre-installation position of the windshield panel
The windshield panel has six pre-marked mounting holes, some of which require drilling.

Step 2: Secure the windshield panel
Use No.8 or No. 12 screws—the same type as those used for the handbrake—to fix the windshield panel in place.

Step 3: Tighten the screws
Insert the screws into the mounting holes and tighten them securely with a wrench to ensure the windshield panel is firmly fixed and does not loosen.

This completes the pre-installation process for the windshield panel.

No.18: Rear Cargo Box Tail Light Installation + Seat Board + Seat Bucket + Foot Mat + Small Side Door Assembly(0246)

Step 1: Install the tail lights
There are three tail lights, each with two mounting holes. Secure them using screws and nuts. The color order on both sides must be consistent: yellow on top, white in the middle, and red at the bottom.
Install the protective cover below the tail lights using four dovetail screws.

Step 2: Install the seat boards
The front seat board is smaller, and the rear seat board is larger. Both are fixed with four dovetail screws. Align the position and tighten the screws.

Step 3: Install the seat buckets
The seat buckets are separate parts. Fix them with four small screws and nuts. After confirming the position, tighten all fastening points.

Step 4: Install the foot mats
Lay the foot mats flat and secure them with dovetail screws, ensuring they are neatly placed and fit snugly against the floor.

Step 5: Install the small side door
The small side door is a split structure. First, insert the pins into the pinholes, then install the door lock.
Use four yellow self-tapping screws to fix the lock components. Align carefully before fastening to ensure the lock opens and closes smoothly.
Finally, reinforce with two dovetail screws to ensure the door is sturdy and can be easily opened and closed by pressing.

Step 6:
Install the charging port in the reserved hole on the cargo box using four small screws. The holes perfectly match the port, allowing for direct installation.

This completes the pre-assembly process of the entire set of rear cargo box accessories.

No.19:  Rear Cargo Box Installation(0247)

Step 1: Position the Rear Cargo Box
With two people working together, lift the pre-assembled rear cargo box and place it onto the designated area on the frame. During the process, be careful not to pinch or damage the wiring; ensure all cables are routed smoothly and remain intact.

Step 2: Align the Mounting Tabs
Locate the mounting tabs on both the frame and the cargo box. Each side has a pair of corresponding tabs that must align with the upper and lower slots.

Step 3: Secure with Screws
Using small screws, fasten the mounting tabs together. Start with the rear tabs, securing the points; then move to the front connection points and repeat the process.

Step 4: Repeat for Both Sides
Follow the same steps for the left and right sides. Once all screws are in place, use a pneumatic wrench or hand tools to tighten them fully, ensuring a secure fit.

Completion:
After installation, the cargo box will be firmly attached to the frame. It should not be easily lifted or removed, indicating a solid and reliable assembly.

No.20:  Controller and Wiring Harness Connection(0248)

Step 1: Connect the taillight harness
From the main cable extending from the cargo box, locate the taillight wiring, which includes three connectors:

Green plug connects to green wire

Green plug connects to white wire

green plug connects to red wire

 Ensure the plug colors and sequence are consistent on both left and right sides, or the taillights will not light up in sync.

Step 2: Mount the controller and accessories
Install the controller in its designated position and secure it tightly using a wrench.
Mount the voice horn next to the controller and fasten them together.
Install the 12V voltage converter in the specified frame location.

Step 3: Wiring connection guide

Voice horn: Connect to the blue 4-pin plug on the controller

Voltage converter: Two red wires and one black wire connect to corresponding plugs on the controller

Dashboard purple wire: Connect to the red-white wire on the air pump

Brake cut-off wires (red-white): Match by color and connect

High/low speed wires (green-white, yellow-green): Match and connect accordingly

Throttle wires (pink-blue-green): Match to the blue-red plug

Reverse wire: Match similar colors and test after connecting

Ignition switch wire: Bullet-type plug; identify correctly before inserting

Conclusion:

Step 1: Key functional wires and matching plug connections

Voice horn wire to blue socket

12V converter wire: Uses matched plug; color-to-color connection

Dashboard wire: Purple wire to red plug

Brake wire: the wire colors are identical and can be directly connected via matching plugs.
High/low speed wire: One end has two connectors, and the other end has three connectors.

Throttle wire: Red to red, blue to blue, black to black

Ignition switch wire: Bullet plug; red is the positive terminal

Reverse wire: Brown to brown-white; match by similar color

Special reminder: One extra plug should NOT be connected to anything, or it could cause a short circuit or malfunction.

Step 2 – Motor wiring harness connection method:
Hall sensor wire connection: The motor comes with a 6-pin Hall sensor connector, which should be connected to the corresponding 6-pin connector on the controller.

remove all the screws.

Three-phase power wire connection: The three thick wires—green, blue, and yellow—should be connected to the controller terminals of the same colors, matching each color accordingly.

Prepare two main thick wires, one black and one red.

There is also a black main wire coming from the thick cable, which is the negative pole; the one with a plastic cover is the positive pole and should be connected to the red thick wire.

The same applies to the negative pole, connecting the two black thick wires.

Finally, tighten the screws securely.

The extra black and red connectors need to be connected to the battery: black to black, red to red.

The rear control system (controller, motor, tail light, meter, horn, battery, etc.) has been fully wired.

No.21:  Driver Seat Bucket Installation(0249)

Step 1: Position the driver seat bucket
Place the driver seat bucket in its designated mounting position. The bottom of the seat bucket has four mounting tabs

Step 2: Secure with screws and nuts
Use small screws with nuts for fastening. After aligning the holes, insert the screws from the bottom and tighten the nuts from underneath to ensure a firm connection.
Step 3: Install the seat board
Fix the seat board using four screws. Once aligned with the designated holes, tighten the screws to complete the installation.

No.22:  Armrest Installation(0250)

Step 1: Prepare the required components
A total of 7 screws are needed, including:

5 military green screws2 yellow nuts

Step 2: Install the front section of the side armrest
Begin by installing the front section of the side armrest. Use yellow screws and nuts to pass through the mounting holes and secure the armrest.
Make sure the mounting plates are placed on the inner side of the armrest structure, not on the outside.

Step 3: Install the front armrest
Insert the front armrest into the designated position. Align the holes and use 3 screws to secure it, then reinforce with nuts.
Ensure the armrest clips are fully embedded inside and properly aligned.

Step 4: Install the rear section of the side armrest
The rear section is installed in the same way as the front. Align the holes, insert the remaining screws, and tighten them with nuts to ensure a firm connection.

After completing the above steps, the armrest assembly is finished. The structure is stable and the appearance is neat.

No.23:   Rear Backrest Assembly (with Spare Tire Box) + Front Backrest Assembly(0251)

Step 1: Install the license plate light and tail light
Mount the license plate light and tail light onto the rear backrest frame. Align the screws with the mounting holes, insert them one by one, and secure them with nuts to ensure they are firmly fixed.

Step 2: Install the spare tire bracket and spare tire
First, fix the spare tire bracket by pre-mounting it in the designated position using screws and nuts.
Insert the spare tire into the bracket, making sure it is properly aligned.
Install the anti-slip caps.
Then, use two screws, two nuts, and two washers to secure the tire, and tighten everything with a tool to ensure stability.

Step 3: Install the rear backrest
The backrest has four mounting holes. Align them with the holes on the rear frame.
Use four screws to connect the backrest to the rear frame and tighten them.
Ensure the mounting plates are fully flush with the frame for a solid and secure structure.

Step 4: Install the front backrest
The installation method for the front backrest is the same as the rear backrest:
Use yellow screws,
Align with the round holes and fix them in place.
The structure and fastening method are identical to those of the rear backrest.

Once all the above steps are completed, both the front and rear backrests are successfully installed. Together with the handrails, the entire structure is stable and reliable.

No.24: Roof Frame and Handrail Assembly(0253)


Step 1: Install accessories such as the top lights, spotlights, horn, audio system, and radio. Secure them with screws: first align the screw holes, insert the screws, and then fasten with nuts. The front and rear installation methods are the same; ensure holes are aligned before fully tightening the screws.

Step 2: Install the armrests and handles. Use dovetail screws to secure them in the middle position or at the top edge, ensuring stability.

Step 3: Pre-install the roof frame, making sure to install it in reverse orientation.

Step 4: Check that all screws and nuts are properly tightened to ensure the roof and accessories are firmly secured. Confirm that all holes are aligned and perform a final inspection after installation is complete.

No.25: Roof Wiring & Roof Installation(0254)

Step 1: Organize the roof wiring harness
There are currently three main wires. Start organizing from the branching point, bundling the excess wires with zip ties. Leave one individual connector extended through the reserved opening—this will connect to the tail light. Secure the harness firmly, ideally with two fixed points.

Step 2: Categorize and connect plugs
Two bullet connectors are for the roof lights. Route them along the inner edge of the vehicle for a clean appearance. The third connector is for the radio, and since it has no polarity, it can be plugged in either direction. All three connectors are identical and originate from the same main harness.

Step 3: Connect the horn plug
Plug the horn connector into the radio, matching the male and female ends. The direction does not affect functionality. Once this step is complete, all front electrical components—including the radio, horn, and roof lights—are connected.

Step 4: Organize and secure wiring
Use zip ties to tighten and secure the front wiring harness neatly. Tie it at multiple points to keep it clean and orderly.

Step 5: Install the roof cover fabric
The white roof fabric has a front and rear orientation: the front has rounded corners, and the rear has square corners. Cover the frame with the fabric, adjust its position, and trim it to align with the screw positions.

Step 6: Connect the passenger-use roof light
Connect the remaining red and black plugs to the matching red and black wires of the roof light. Then organize the wiring, flatten it, and secure it in place.

Step 7: Fix the roof in place
Use a drill and dovetail self-tapping screws to fix the roof. Drill three screws on each side (front, middle, and rear), and two more at the back. There are no pre-drilled holes, so space them evenly based on the actual situation.

No.26: Front Assembly Installation (Headlight, Horn, Dashboard, Handlebar, and Wiring Connection)(0255)

Step 1: Install the instrument bracket and instrument panel. Remove the key, insert the key switch into the instrument panel, align the screw holes diagonally, and secure the key switch to complete the instrument installation.

Step 2: Install the handlebar and control components.
Make sure to distinguish left from right: the left side is for the horn button, and the right side is for the throttle.
First, install the horn. Prepare two horn screws and mount the horn underneath the connecting plate,
facing it downward to avoid jamming the slot. Use a wrench to securely tighten the screws.

Step 3: Install the instrument bracket and instrument panel.
Mount the instrument bracket onto the two mounting holes on the upper connecting plate, and secure it with threaded yellow screws.

Use a No. 12 socket wrench to remove the four screws on the connecting plate.

After aligning the handlebar in the correct position, secure it using the screws you just removed.

Remove the two screws from the disc brake lever, mount it onto the handlebar, and secure it using those same two screws.

Step 4: Connect all electrical wiring
Guide out the front wiring harness and connect them one by one:

Horn wires: Insert the two wires marked with yellow tape into the corresponding sockets.

The largest connector on the wiring harness is for the horn; plug them into each other accordingly.

Key wires: Insert the red-and-black wire into the side interface, and connect the red-and-yellow wire to its corresponding interface.

Instrument connector: Insert the six-pin connector into the instrument socket, ensuring each pin matches correctly.

Headlight wires: Connect the headlight wires coming from the front of the vehicle to the corresponding socket.

Disc brake wires: For the two bullet connectors, connect black to black and yellow to red.

Throttle wires (including reverse and three-speed): Plug into the corresponding socket.

No.27:Front Wiring Harness and Front Assembly Installation(0256)



Step 1: Install left and right turn signal wires
Connect the blue wire on the left side and the green wire on the right side to their respective turn signal connectors.
Step 2: Connect the headlight main switch wires
Plug the three headlight switch wires (two blue, one red, one white) into the corresponding ports of the main wiring harness.
Step 3: Connect the throttle wires
Match the throttle wires by color: red to red, blue to blue. Be careful—incorrect connections will prevent the vehicle from operating.
Step 4: Connect the three-speed wires and reverse wires
Three-speed wires (three wires): blue, red, yellow-white—connect to the corresponding controller ports.
Reverse wires: two yellow wires, connect to the gray and black connectors. Ensure correct connections.
Step 5: Connect the headlight power wires
The headlight green wire is the negative wire; connect it to the black negative wire. The two wires can be swapped, but ensure a secure connection.
Step 6: Install the headlight assembly
Remove the two screws on both sides of the headlight, insert the headlight assembly into the reserved position, place the gasket inside, and insert screws on the outside to fix it at the first mounting hole.
Step 7: Install the canopy and windshield panel
Position the windshield panel assembly facing forward and upward, align the mounting holes, insert screws, and secure with nuts.
Step 8: Install the front windshield glass and wiper
The glass installation is simple—align with the holes and mount.
Insert screws into the designated position and secure it, ensuring the correct orientation. If installed in the reverse direction, use a nut for reinforcement.

Step 1: Route the tail light wire
Pass the tail light wire through under the seat plate and guide it toward the rear.
Step 2: Connect the tail light wire
Plug the reserved tail light connector on the vehicle body into the tail light wire connector. Connection is complete.

The full assembly of the vehicle is now complete. All components are securely installed and properly positioned.
